We utilize what I call Training protocols.
- One for experienced, which includes a Century 21 orientation, a business planning section, a review of all of our materials which are online and on our file server for their use and numerous other things.
- The New Agent Protocol includes century 21’s Create 21, which is like real estate 101 and a complete daily routine of one on one interaction with the broker (me), our sales manager, our admin and interaction with our agents. There is a push out time frame depending on how long it takes them to grasp material.
