CENTURY 21 Eudan Realty was born as Hasbrouck Realty in 1985 by Eugenia Cikalo and Dan Lucky in a modest 800 square foot store on Williams Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights. After several years of slowly growing the business, they purchased a franchise from Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. At the same time the company changed its name what it is today along with doubling its space.
Hasbrouck Realty and then CENTURY 21 Eudan Realty was built on home grown real estate agents. As they began to dominate the local market, other prominent agents joined to solidify a diverse TEAM of agents serving the local community as well as Bergen and Passaic Counties.

In September of 1996, the current leader and Broker/Owner, David Fanale took over the leadership of the company. Expansion in the form of technology has been the number one and constant change in the evolution at Eudan. |

In February of 2003, the company relocated to 257 The Boulevard, a prominent and prestigious location. Continually upgrading both the office, technology and staff, CENTURY 21 Eudan Realty remains one of the best equipped and highly technologically advanced real estate offices in Bergen County. |
